Enjoy our Bundys gourmet range with this classic recipe and cook up some delicious burgers, with a Bundys Sourdough Bun.

Instructions How to Make It
- Lightly toast the Bundys Sourdough Buns.
- Add the lettuce, red onion and place on the Bundys Sourdough Bun.
- Add the burger and a grind of fresh black pepper.
- Grate the beetroot and add on top of the burger.
- Garnish with the a drizzle of pesto sauce and place the other half of the Bundys Sourdough Bun on top.

- 2 Beetroot shredded or grated (pickled or cooked)
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
