Instructions How to Make It
- Toast a slice of Nutty Doorsteps bread.
- Rub the toast with a cut clove of garlic.
- Spoon ⅓ tub of cottage cheese on top.
- Add the diced tomato, torn basil leaves and a pinch of salt to a bowl and stir to combine. Spoon this mixture on top of the cottage cheese.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
