Here's a recipe that is guaranteed to elevate your brunch game, delicious Stuffed Fruity French Toast using Butterkrust and Biscoff® spread. This recipe will go down a treat with all the family.

Instructions How to Make It

  • Crack your eggs into a bowl, add 100 mils of milk and whisk.
  • * Top Tip, if you want to add a little extra flavour you can pop a little vanilla extract into the egg mix too.
  • Once whisked pop aside and grab your break. Spread an even amount of your filling on both sides and then add your sliced strawberries.
  • Dip your sandwich into the egg mix and then cook on a hot pan, around 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Once cooked you can then slice your sandwich and stack, add on your powdered sugar and berries. I've also added a drizzle of vanilla topping too.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Loaf of Butterkrust
  • 3 Eggs
  • Biscoff® or hazelnut spread for filling (I'm using Biscoff® here)
  • Strawberries for filling
  • Blueberries & Raspberries for Garnish
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Milk
