Bakers Choice Seeded Multigrain bread topped with Fresh tomatoes, creamy soft Burrata cheese, basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil makes this an irresistible and easy summer sandwich.

Instructions How to Make It
- Cut the pointed head off the garlic and pop it onto some tinfoil with a drizzle of olive oil and salt and air fry at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- While that’s roasting, chop the tomatoes, and after the 20 minutes add in the tomatoes some olive oil, salt and pepper, and air fry for a further 10 minutes.
- Then grab your Baker’s Choice Seeded Multigrain loaf slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in the air fryer for the last 5 minutes.
- When everything is ready, squeeze out the fragrant roasted garlic and spread it onto the toast, top with the creamy burrata, a drizzle of pesto and your roasted tomatoes.
- Garnish with the fresh basil and cracked black pepper, enjoy!

- x12 cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- x1 bulb of garlic
- x2 tbsp of basil pesto
- x1 Burrata (285g)
- A few sprigs of fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
