Kids pizettes are a simple, healthy and easy to make dinner, using Johnston Mooney & O’Brien Sandwich Thins! It’s the perfect meal to help your kids get their 5 A Day and is sure to be popular at parties and special occasions!

Ingredients

  • 1 Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Multiseed Sandwich Thin
  • 1-2 tbsp. tomato purée
  • Choice of pre-cooked protein- deli ham, cooked chicken, turkey
  • Choice of toppings: sweetcorn, pineapple, peppers, onions, avocado
  • Choice of cheese: Mozarella, Feta, Cheddar or Brie
  • Black pepper

Method

  • Spread each side of Sandwich Thin with tomato purée
  • Cover with your choice of pre cooked protein and top with whatever vegetable toppings you fancy.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and place under the grill for two minutes.
