Kids pizettes are a simple, healthy and easy to make dinner, using Johnston Mooney & O’Brien Sandwich Thins! It’s the perfect meal to help your kids get their 5 A Day and is sure to be popular at parties and special occasions!
- 1 Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Multiseed Sandwich Thin
- 1-2 tbsp. tomato purée
- Choice of pre-cooked protein- deli ham, cooked chicken, turkey
- Choice of toppings: sweetcorn, pineapple, peppers, onions, avocado
- Choice of cheese: Mozarella, Feta, Cheddar or Brie
- Black pepper
- Spread each side of Sandwich Thin with tomato purée
- Cover with your choice of pre cooked protein and top with whatever vegetable toppings you fancy.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place under the grill for two minutes.
