Gourmet Sourdough Burger
Enjoy our Bundys Gourmet range with this classic recipe and cook up some delicious burgers, with a Bundys Sourdough Bun, to add some OOH-LA-LA to your BBQ!
Ingredients and info:
15 minutes Serves 4
- 4 Gourmet beef burgers
- 2 Beetroot shredded or grated (pickled or cooked)
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- Lettuce
- Pesto sauce
- Black pepper
- 4 Bundys Gourmet Sourdough Buns
Method
- Lightly toast the Bundys Gourmet Sourdough Buns.
- Add the lettuce, red onion and place on the Bundys Gourmet Sourdough Bun.
- Add the burger and a grind of fresh black pepper.
- Grate the beetroot and add on top of the burger.
- Garnish with the a drizzle of pesto sauce and place the other half of the Bundys Sourdough Bun on top.
