Turkey & Spinach Sandwich


Turkey breast and spinach in a tomato and garlic sauce all stacked in our Chia & Golden Linseed Sandwich Thin, made even tastier with some feta and avocado added on top. This delicious and nutritious sandwich thin recipe is sure to set your taste buds alive!


  • 1 Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Chia & Golden Linseed Sandwich Thin
  • 150g turkey
  • Good handful of spinach
  • 50g feta
  • ½ avocado
  • Tomato purée
  • Garlic purée
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Fresh basil
  • Mixed peppers
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Heat pan with coconut oil. Add mixed diced peppers, 1 pepper in total per person. Leave for 2/3 mins.
  • Add chopped turkey breast. Brown off turkey breast and add a good squeeze of tomato and garlic puree. Add half a cup of water and mix. Leave for 1 min, then add handful of spinach and mix.
  • Place mixture on Sandwich Thins and add feta and chopped avocado.
