Tuna and Rocket
A simple twist on a classic tuna and sweetcorn sandwich made with your healthy option Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Delightfull bread.
- 2 slices JMOB Delightfull
- 1 Tin Tuna flakes, drained
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 small tin Sweetcorn
In a bowl mix the tuna, mayonnaise and sweetcorn together. Spread the mix on a slice of Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Delightfull bread. Place remaining slice of bread on top and cut in half to serve.
Tip: 1tsp of chopped dill adds a fresh taste. Or replace the Sweetcorn with 1 grated carrot.
