Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Grilled chicken, Parma ham, mixed leaves, brie, cashew nuts and a good dash of lime juice, all layered perfectly in between our Chia and Golden Linseed Sandwich Thin to create this delicious and nutritious sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 1 Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Chia & Golden Linseed Sandwich Thin
  • Handful of mixed leaves
  • Handful of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices of Parma ham
  • 100g cooked chicken
  • ½ avocado
  • Lime juice
  • 2-3 slices of brie

Instructions

  • Mash avocado in a bowl and add a squeeze of lime juice.
  • Speak mixture on each Sandwich Thin slice, cover with mixture of leaves and lettuce. Layer the chicken, ham and brie on top of each other.
  • If you wish, place under grill and melt before placing the other Sandwich Thin slice on top.
