Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Grilled chicken, Parma ham, mixed leaves, brie, cashew nuts and a good dash of lime juice, all layered perfectly in between our Chia and Golden Linseed Sandwich Thin to create this delicious and nutritious sandwich!
- 1 Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Chia & Golden Linseed Sandwich Thin
- Handful of mixed leaves
- Handful of iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices of Parma ham
- 100g cooked chicken
- ½ avocado
- Lime juice
- 2-3 slices of brie
- Mash avocado in a bowl and add a squeeze of lime juice.
- Speak mixture on each Sandwich Thin slice, cover with mixture of leaves and lettuce. Layer the chicken, ham and brie on top of each other.
- If you wish, place under grill and melt before placing the other Sandwich Thin slice on top.
