Toasted Chicken Bloomer
Delicious chicken and mayo toastie made using your favourite Johnston Mooney and O’Brien White Bloomer.
- 2 slices Johnston Mooney and O’Brien White Bloomer toasted
- 1 chicken fillet cooked and shredded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp thyme
- Mixed leaves optional
- Butter optional
Mix the chicken, mayonnaise and thyme together and spread liberally on the toast. Add the mixed leaves if using and place remaining slice of toast on top.
Tip: Any herb can be used for a different flavour or the chicken can be pan-fried with garlic for real flavour impact
